Andrew and I (but mostly Andrew) built a second house in our neighborhood. We put it up for sale, as well as our personal house, and decided we'd move/stay in whichever one didn't sell. Turns out, the new house sold! Because of the awful housing market, we were very blessed to have closed on it last month. However, I couldn't help but be a little sad - it was a beautiful house with a screened-in porch that would have been great for Mia.
