Invitations...As Important as the Party Itself

Mia's second birthday is coming soon. Two! Can you believe it? I ordered her birthday invitations last week. We're throwing her a "purple passion" party because, well...purple is her passion. She loves EVERYTHING purple. I just didn't realize how tough it would be to find a purple birthday invitation. Everything for girls is pink! I've searched around town and online for the past three weeks. Yes, three weeks. I love stationary - it's one area where I can't just settle. I found one that I really liked, but it cost $65 for 25 invites - and, this was for blank invites. To print them cost an extra $20! (Another reason I need to get into the stationary business.) I finally found one that was cute and within my price range - purple with white polka dots (which Mia calls bubbles). It was on www.invitingsmiles.com. And, they had an amazingly quick turnaround time. They had my proof to me in 12 hours.
